Chevrotin A.O.C.

Cylindrical in form, with a diameter of 9 cm to 12 cm, the thickness is 3 cm to 4.5 cm and the weight 300g.
Exclusively farmhouse produced, a pressed uncooked cheese with a washed rind, the Chevrotin is made from raw whole goat’s milk.
The maturation period is a minimum of 21 days at a temperature of
8 C° to 18 C°.
The rind is covered with a fine rose white bloom, the pate is soft and rich and presents a smooth flavour in the mouth.
It delivers marvellous notes of the flavours and smells of the landscape which produced it.

STORAGE TEMPERATURE: + 4° to + 6° C
